After he was awarded his Bachelors in Sport Science in France, Lucas went on to train people all over the world. This included working in Dubai, to training Student Athletes in California. He has now been based in London for the last 3 years and has the experience and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.
Training with him is not about killing yourself for 2 hours a day in a gym or eating next to nothing until you finally burnout and give up.
